Home Staging

• Consultation – 1-2 hours

During a consultation, we will walk through your house together and make a detailed list of exactly what you should change, fix, or buy to make your house ready to put on the market.

This package is for the person that is motivated to do the work on their own, but just needs a little direction on exactly what to do and where to do it. This is also a good place to start if you aren’t sure how much work needs to be done. During the consultation, we can assess your needs and decide if you need a half day or full day of staging.

• 1/2 Day of Staging – 4 hours

During a 1/2 day of staging, we will roll up our sleeves and transform the main living spaces in your home to be picture perfect and ready to sell quickly and for top dollar.

This package is for the person who needs some help putting their detailed list into action. We will be right there with you helping you decide where to place your furniture and how to style each room for its fullest potential.

• Full Day of Staging – 8 hours

During a full day of staging, we will go in depth on working through our task list for staging the rooms in your home. We will start in the most important spaces and move on to as many other rooms as time allows. After a full day of staging your house will be picture perfect and ready to sell!

This package is for the person that has a lot of work to do in their house, has a big house, or just wants help from start to finish. Let us help you by taking the guesswork out of staging your home.
